I am an existing McDelivery user and don't have a password. How do I sign in?
If you have registered or made an order via McDelivery.com.sg, you can sign in to the mobile app with the same email and password.

I am new to McDelivery. How do I set up my account?
Tap on 'My Account' and press the 'Sign Up' button. Key in your personal details and agree to our terms and conditions. Your account is now ready.

How do I add a new delivery address to my account?
You can add a new address by going to the 'Delivery Addresses' section in the 'My Account' menu, or tapping the 'Tap to add address' section when you start ordering.

How do I change my stored delivery addresses?
Your stored delivery addresses can't be modified, but you can add up to 5 delivery addresses in total. If you need to add more, just delete an existing address by tapping the small red circle on the left of the address.

Can I change the email address for my account?
We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please register a new email account to start ordering now.

Can I contact McDonald's to change the email address for my account?
For security reasons, McDonald's cannot access your email account.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Tap on 'My Account' from the homepage, followed by 'Forgot password?' at the login screen. Enter the email address you registered with and further instructions will be emailed to you.

I've forgotten/cannot log in with my email address registered previously on McDelivery.com.sg. What must I do?
Register a new account with an email address (different from your previous one) to start ordering.

How do I start ordering?
Tap on 'Order Now' from the homepage and login. Select or add a new delivery address to proceed.The estimated delivery time to your location will be shown. Start adding items from the menu to your cart. When you've finalised your order, tap on the McDelivery Bag on the top right hand corner of the screen to view your order. Tap on the 'Confirm Order' button at the bottom of your cart to checkout.

How do I place an advance order?
Tap on 'Order Now' from the homepage and login. Select "Order in Advance" tab for advance order. Choose or add a new delivery address to proceed. Start adding items from the menu to your cart. When you've finalised your order, tap on the McDelivery Bag on the top right hand corner of the screen to view your order. Tap on the 'Confirm Order ' button at the bottom of your cart to checkout.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
A minimum order of $22 is only applicable for addresses in Jurong Industrial Area/Tuas, Changi/Loyang, Ocean Drive (Sentosa) and Marina Bay Sands.

Is there a delivery surcharge?
A surcharge of $3.50 applies for every order via McDelivery mobile app and McDelivery.com.sg, and $4.00 via 6777 3777.

How do I order extra condiments?
At the checkout page, tap on the '+' button next to each condiment to select the quantity you want (there is a limit on the maximum number of condiments you may order).

How do I amend/remove items from my cart?
Tap on the small red circle icon on the left of the item to amend or remove it.

What are the payment options available to me?
You can pay by either cash or credit card. For cash payments, a one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile phone when you confirm your payment details (only Singapore numbers are accepted). Credit card payments require either VISA or MASTERCARD, as we do not accept other credit cards.

What is CVV2 under Credit Card payment?
CVV2 is a 3-digit security code printed on the back of credit cards for internet transactions. It is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on your Visa or MasterCard. The CVV2 is usually preceded by your card number and helps to confirm that a genuine card is being used during a transaction.

How do I check the status of my order?
Tap on 'Track my Order' from the homepage and enter your order number. You can find your order number in the confirmation SMS sent to you after your payment was received.
